1.负责光模块产品直通率及良率优化改善。
2.生产流程优化、降低生产工时，提高生产效率；自动化设备、新工艺、新工装的导入。
3.配合研发/NPI进行新产品，新物料验证跟进。
4.MES功能优化需求及ATE测试软件功能优化需求的提出，并对新功能进行验证、确认。
5.工艺流程图、组装段、包装段等相关技术文件编写。
6.生产异常处理，分析，改善。
7.在线失效品、OQC抽测不良品、RMA品的失效分析，给出解决方案及措施。
8.生产线布局，产能规划，工位搭建等。
9.技术员及员工培训。
任职资格：
1、学历大专及以上
2、专业机械、电子、通信、自动化、光学等专业
3.、工作经验 3年以上光模块PE工程师或NPI工程师经验
4、熟悉光模块产品工艺流程；
5、有较强的工艺异常分析及产品失效分析的经验；
6、有工装夹具设计经验及自动化导入经验尤佳；
7、有ATE软件编程经验尤佳；
8、具备较强的解决问题能力和沟通能力，同时具备较强的责任心和团队精神，能吃苦耐劳，并可承受一定的工作压力；
9、具备一定的英语读写能力。
8、会使用WPS、Word、Excel、PPT等常用办公软件，Minitab数据分析软件。
