【岗位职责】
一、PE投后管理
1、跟进投资协议条款的执行，收集被投企业生产经营及财务数据并进行分析评估，定期出具项目运营报告及基金报告，被投企业潜在风险分析及整改意见；
2、参加被投企业股东会、董事会等相关会议，跟进被投企业再融资事宜等，与被投企业建立良好的沟通机制并定期拜访尽调；
3、制定并执行项目退出方案。
二、资金募集管理
1、负责投资者关系管理，包括现有投资者和新开发的投资者关系维护和管理；
2、开拓募资渠道，包括但不限于上市公司、大型企业、金融机构、高净值客户；
3、负责项目资金募资营销的全流程，负责向机构投资者、高净值个人投资者、合作渠道开展路演和推介等活动，独立设计和撰写募资材料，负责资金的募集、签约、打款、回访等全流程。
【任职要求】
1、全日制本科及以上学历，金融、财务、法律相关专业；
2、有知名投资机构或券商工作背景，熟悉资本市场运作，有投融资或产业整合项目落地经验的优先；
3、对于房地产市场、产业投资市场有深入了解，对于某个产业赛道有过深入市场研究，能独立出具行业研究报告的优先；
4、工作细致，作风踏实，思路清晰，逻辑性强，资源整合能力及沟通协调能力优秀，拥有良好的团队合作精神，富有工作激情和冲劲。
