工作职责：
1、负责项目的开发和维护等相关工作。
2、协助产品需求分析，参与开发方案编写，负责代码开发、版本升级等。
3、根据业务需要，理解用户需求，根据系统需求文档和系统开发方案，制定自身所负责的任务开发计划。
4、负责完成相关功能模块的开发、测试以及后期的实施、应用维护等工作。

任职要求：
1、全日制大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先考虑，有3年以上技术研发相关工作经验，有高访问量，高负载网站系统开发经验者优先；有敏捷开发实践/持续集成经验者优先；
2、JAVA基础扎实，理解NIO、多线程、集合等基础框架，熟悉JVM，熟悉JAVA各种常用类库，掌握JVM性能调优、了解常见JVM垃圾收集算法、Java并发框架与库、了解Java内存模型；
3、熟悉常用的Java开源框架(SpringBoot、SpringMVC、Mybatis、Mybatis-Plus等),并对于使用过的开源框架，能了解到它的原理和机制；
4、熟悉常用项目管理工具maven、git;熟悉Redis缓存、Nginx、kafka和各种消息中间；
5、掌握Linux操作系统的基本命令和MySQL;对SQL优化有一定的经验；
6、具备良好的分析解决能力，能独立承担系统的开发工作；
7、具备良好的团队协作和沟通能力，心态积极。
