岗位职责：
1、负责基于 Python 的业务系统开发与数据处理，支撑大规模数据清洗、分析与应用落地。
2、参与系统环境搭建、容器化部署与运维，保障系统稳定运行，完成日志调试与问题排查。
3、根据业务方向，负责对应技术模块的开发与优化：
1）嵌入式 / 机器人方向：负责 ROS/ROS2 相关开发，SLAM 与导航算法的工程化部署、性能优化及实机调试。
2）大模型方向：负责基于主流框架的模型开发、推理加速优化，DeepSeek 等大模型的应用落地与技术适配。
4、跟进技术发展趋势，推动技术方案优化与创新，保障业务需求高效落地。

任职要求：
一、通用基础能力
1、大专及以上学历，精通 Python 开发，熟练使用 Numpy、Pandas 完成大规模数据处理；
2、具备扎实的 Linux 系统操作能力，熟练使用 Git 进行版本控制，掌握 Docker 容器化部署技术；
3、能独立完成系统日志调试、线上问题排查，具备良好的工程化思维。
二、专项方向能力（至少精通其一）
1、嵌入式与机器人方向：
熟悉 ROS/ROS2 机器人操作系统，具备 SLAM 及导航算法在嵌入式平台上的工程化部署、性能优化及实机调试经验。
2、大模型技术栈方向：
熟练运用 PyTorch/TensorFlow 框架及 Hugging Face 生态；精通 vLLM、TensorRT-LLM 等推理加速框架，深入理解 DeepSeek 模型架构及其与主流大模型的核心差异。
