3. 全面负责公司消防系统（如烟感、喷淋、报警、灭火器材等）的日常检查、维护保养与定期检测，确保其完好有效。
4.组织制定消防应急预案，定期（至少每年一次）组织全员消防演练与培训。
5.作为公司应急事件的主要协调人之一，组织应对各类突发事件（如火灾、自然灾害、治安事件、公共卫生事件等），并按规定及时报告。
6.与当地公安、消防、应急管理、街道社区等政府机构保持良好沟通与协作。负责安全相关政府报表的填报与对接工作。
7.制定并实施公司年度安全培训计划，覆盖新员工入职安全教育、在职员工定期安全复训、专项安全技能培训等。
8.定期编制安全工作报告，向管理层汇报安全状况、风险分析及改进建议。

要求：
1.精通国家安全生产、消防、治安相关法规与标准。
2.大专及以上学历，5年以上企业安全管理工作经验，熟悉百人以上规模企业的安全管理特点。
3.具备出色的风险识别与管控能力，以及丰富的应急事件处理经验。
4.责任心极强，原则性突出，敢于管理，沟通协调能力优秀。
