3、对生产中相关PCB问题提供改善方案；
4、 PCB相关文档的发布、存档；
5、对元器件承认进行审核，制定及修正元器件技术标准；
完成上级领导临时交办的各项工作任务。
任职要求：
1、电力电子、自动控制、机电一体化等相关专业学历，2年以上相关工作经验；
2、熟练掌握PCB板设计技巧、生产制造工艺与SMT贴装工艺；
3、可熟练应用EDA软件，懂得如何建立合适的器件封装；
4、了解高速信号传输理论和EMI、EMC、ESD、安规等相关知识；
5、具有电机驱动系统、变频器、开关电源等相关产品PCB的设计经验者优先考虑；
6、必备工作素质：工作认真负责，严谨细致；具备良好的合作精神和敬业精神。
