3、熟悉MSQL数据库，精通SQL性能调优。
4、有较强的代码设计，优秀的业务理解能力，架构设计能力及优秀的逻辑思维能力；
5、有良好的沟通协调能力、逻辑思维清晰，能快速针对业务给出正确的实现方式
6、具备高并发、大数据量系统开发维护工作经验者优先；
7、有2年以上团队管理经验，善于沟通，清晰分配任务。
7、态度积极，责任心强，抗压能力强，能在紧急情况下展开工作。
