Position Summary:
Responsible fTH store data budgeting, estimating, portfolio analysis PPT production to support management decision, financial system uploading(SAC) ad-hoc projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
Forecast Budget:
• Responsible fmonthly TH retail consignment store sales rolling forecast through closely working with Business team observing/analyzing historical trend (incl. following month daily/weekly sales future months sales estimate including comp, docount movements)
• Tracking the ~#120 domovement get phasing assumption alignment with biz team| SIF meeting
• Responsible fTH retail consignment store KPI trend analysis identify R&O based on trend |promotion |product initiatives | campaign initiatives
• Responsible fTH store SGA forecast based on latest operation terms input/alignment from related function budget owners (key investment incl: rent| depre| consignment commission, store impairment etc)
• Responsible fTH store full P&L review including by channel (FPS|Outlet) by city profitability analysis
• Responsible ftimely system uploading (SAC) reporting package submission to APAC FIN (comp submission | docount submission | store KPI submission)
• Support Budget preparation process
Management Reporting Ad-hoc Analysis:
• Prepare presentation materials fweekly management review meetings other important meetings (e.g. Weekly Report| store portfolio analysis | retail store scorecard | store tiring analysis | Combo store study | SQM productivity study | Capex study)
• Execute ad-hoc analysis as required (stretch project per business development needs| industry insights| competitpromotion analysis)
Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
Developing level of knowledge & skills - typically 2-5 Years of related experience
Education:
BachelDegree Required
Knowledge/Skills Required :
• Good Microsoft skills especially Excel
• Fluent English
• Experience of SAP/Power BI/ SAC
• Problem solving work under pressure
