岗位职责：
1、负责公司泛微OA（e-cology）系统的二次开发和维护工作；
2、负责OA系统各功能模块需求调研分析和流程梳理；
3、负责实现OA与ERP、WMS、MES、PLM等系统对接及开发；
4、参与OA、ERP、WMS、MES、PLM等系统的二次开发和功能优化；
5、主导新流程调研、确认、搭建、测试、优化的工作；
6、对新业务流程设置、功能的推广和培训，并按规范编写需求及开发文档；
7、负责梳理分析业务部门报表需求，完成业务报表开发工作。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上JAVA开发工作经验，3年以上泛微OA（e-cology）开发经验；
2、JAVA基础扎实，理解IO、NIO、多线程、集合等基础框架，对JVM原理有一定的了解；具有较强的java底层编程能力，能够独立进行项目搭建及开发模块搭建；
3、熟悉J2EE技术体系架构，熟练Spring、Spring MVC、Spring Boot、spring cloud、MyBatis、Netty等开发框架，熟悉多种webserver，如 nginx/tomcat；
4、掌握数据库的相关知识，熟悉MYSQL、SQLSERVER及ORACLE其中之一，具备SQL、触发器、函数、存储过程的编写能力；
5、熟练掌握JAVASCRIPT脚本编写，熟练掌握AJAX，jquery，熟练掌握CSS3、HTML5的相关知识；
6、精通泛微E-Cology 9.0的系统操作和后台引擎配置。能独立实现业务建模和熟练运用流程审批实现与ERP系统对接；
7、思路清晰，具备良好的编程能力，较强的分析和解决问题的能力，良好的交流沟通能力和团队合作精神，有一定抗压力；
8、积极主动，善于思考问题，细致耐心，独立思考及处理问题；
9、有一定的文档编写能力，流程图绘制能力，良好的代码编写习惯，较强的学习能力。
