岗位职责：
1、依据图纸、检验规范、样品等对产品/物料进行检验，并及时输出检验记录；
2、不良品的标识、隔离、反馈和处理结果的追踪确认；
3、检验资料的接收、归档和日常管理；
4、检验工具的日常保养和管理；
5、样品的接收和管理；
6、品质日报的填写、异常登记；
7、设计变更断点追踪；
8、工作区域和部门负责区域6S；
9、部门内各岗位协调工作，跨部门工作配合；
10、上级领导交代的其他事项。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历（优秀中专人员也可考虑），机械、电子专业；
2、有1年以上质检工作经验，能有效准确识别产品装配图、三视图，熟练使用相关检测工具（游标卡尺、万用表、螺纹规等），能按要求及时有效输出检验记录；
3、具备现场不合格品初步判定处置的能力，熟悉焊接检验经验优先；
4、具有异常分析、处理、改善能力；
5、能够运用手法对数据进行简单统计分析；
6、懂质量管理体系，有良好的团队意识和合作精神。
