3、具备扎实的Java开发能力，熟悉IO、多线程、集合等基础框架，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息等机制；具备优秀的系统Debug/Profiling能力和经验，有在线高并发的性能优化经验
4、有微服务经验，熟悉Maven、Spring Cloud、Spring Boot、MyBatis、JPA的使用
5、熟悉基于Tomcat、IBM Was、Weblogic等应用服务器的开发部署，熟悉Kafka、RabbitMQ等常用消息中间件
6、善于沟通，善于分析、归纳、解决问题；能快速理解业务场景，具备优秀的技术与业务结合能力
7、同时具有前端开发能力者优先考虑（熟悉JavaScript开发，JS面相对象开发思想，至少熟练使用一种常用框架如React、Vue等）
