任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历，电子、计算机或通信类相关专业，5年及以上软件工作经验
2. 精通嵌入式软件，熟悉硬件电路及工作原理; 精通C/C++语言，熟悉编译原理及汇编语言
3. 熟悉ARM/RSIC-V/DSP架构和开发及调试工具
4. 熟悉半导体制造流程及全生命周期管理者优先；有马达控制，sensor检测处理，mcu产品经验者优先
5. 符合艾为价值观：简单、皮实、智慧、靠谱
