POSITION SUMMARY
The Manufacturing Engineer evaluates manufacturing processes by designing conducting research programs; applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, materials; conferring with equipment vendors; soliciting observations from operators.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Leads the implementation maintenance of methods, operation sequence processes in the manufacturing fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies final assemblies
2. Collaborates with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products
3. Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards makes recommendations ftooling process requirements of new existing product lines
4. Leads records reporting systems fcoordination of manufacturing operations
5. Plans designs manufacturing processes in an industrial plant
Leads the design, fabrication, modification, evaluation in support of manufacturing operations such as machining, metal forming, plastics processing, welding brazing, assembly, material handling.
REQUIREMENTS
1. A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) equivalent relevant work experience.
2. Majors related to Science engineering, etc.
3. Good English skill. Written reading, fluental expression fmeetings in a multinational environment is necessary
4. Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks demands
5. Strong communication skills;al, written presentation
6. Strongganization, planning time management skills to achieve results
7. Strong personal professional ethical values integrity
8. Holds self-accountable to achieving goals standards
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
10. Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of theganization including suppliers and/external customers.
