1.岗位职责
（1）负责使用Unity3D引擎开发公司虚拟现实产品程序；
（2）负责产品或实施项目的框架设计与开发、自测工作、文档整理等，并进行实施和指导；
（3）负责与策划和美术做好沟通工作；
（4）了解Unity3D渲染，并可以自行查找或优化客户端效率问题；
（5）完成产品的后续维护工作，对发布后的程序问题予以及时解决；
（6）完成上级领导交办的其它工作。

2.任职资格
（1）熟悉Unity3D引擎架构，熟悉3D图形学原理，2年以上相关工作经验，有3D游戏及VR项目经验者优先；
（2）精通C#语言及面向对象编程，有良好的代码风格，；
（3）精通游戏相关的基本算法，包括寻路、AI等，了解Unity3D物理引擎，熟悉Shader编程；
（4）具有较强的逻辑思维能力，注重代码质量，有强烈的责任心和工作激情；
（5）有较强的综合分析能力、沟通协调能力、创新能力，能准确理解工作需求并高质高效的完成任务；
（6）重视自身技术和认知能力的提升，善于学习及应用新技术；
（7）工作严谨细致，有较强的主动性和责任感，且具有团队组织合作精神及服务理念，具备良好的职业道德及文化素养。
