岗位职责：
1、根据结构原理图进行PCB布局，独立完成符合硬件、结构要求的PCB设计及优化；
2、负责PCB元件标准封装的建立以及元件库的创建和维护;
3、负责PCB制版过程工程确认，配合工艺工程师优化，改善设计；
4、负责PCBA试制过程中输出试产报告，并改善PCB设计问题；
5、上级安排的其他相关工作。
任职要求：
1、统招本科学历，电子电气类相关专业，5年及以上Layout设计经验；
2、了解PCB安规设计、EMC要求，PCB制造工艺以及电子装联工艺；
3、熟练PCB设计软件（MentXpedition）者优先；
4、有手机主板、通信电源、工业控制产品行业者优先，有设计过BMS产品经验者更佳；
5、有强烈的责任感，具有团队精神，沟通积极主动。
