• Design, develop, test, maintain high-quality software.
• Translate business user requirements technical solutions.
• Work across the full stack throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Build scalable backend services using Node.js TypeScript.
• Develop maintain front-end applications using ReactJS.
• Design maintain automated front-end API tests.
• Use AI coding tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, testing, documentation.
• Review AI-generated code carefully fcorrectness, security, maintainability.
• Perform code reviews follow Git-based development workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex technical production issues.
• Lead team to complete project delivery with satisfaction.
• Build good relationship with BU
• Drive squad team to achieve target goal in an Agile team.
任职要求：
• Strong English listening, speaking, reading, writing skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving skills.
• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, JSON, GraphQL gRPC.
• .net/Java experience willing to learn & develop Node.js can also be considered as candidancy.
• Good experience with ReactJS.
• Experience with backend test automation (UT, BDD), frontend AT tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium is plus.
• Practical experience using AI coding tools, such as GitHub Copilot similar tools.
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly fcoding, debugging, testing, code review, technical documentation.
• Strong experience with Git, including branching, merging, pull requests, code reviews, conflict resolution.
• Good knowledge of relational NoSQL databases.
• Experience with microservices CI/CD practices.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to take ownership of technical solutions mentother developers.
• Experience with Docker Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience with Kafka, MQ, other event-driven systems is a plus.
