1、负责部门业务策划、协调资源、推进部门业务开展，负责部门员工管理、人才培育工作。
2、负责软件开发、系统实施、IT运维、信息安全、SOX、合规相关规范的培训、指导、推进工作。
3、负责项目过程监督，品质检查，品质数据汇总分析，推进项目过程可视化。
4、组织重点项目监控跟踪，组织品质内部评审及风险评估，跟踪故障反省及横展开，推进持续改进。
5、推进公司开发实施、IT运维服务、信息安全、合规相关过程规范及体系建设。
6、推进品质过程持续优化，过程实践推广，项目管理系统化、工具化。
7、推进公司信息安全活动，组织信息安全、SOX、相关检查对应工作。
8、组织公司ISO9001、ISO20000、ISO27001体系的完善、推进、认证相关工作。
9、负责公司交易方审查、合同审核、法务合规等工作
职位要求：
1、五年以上软件开发、IT系统运维服务、或软件质量等相关工作经验。
2、日语N2相当，能够沟通交流者优先
3、有1年以上团队管理经验。
4、了解ITIL、ISO20000、ISO27001、SOX，其中一项熟练运用。
5、学习能力强，较强的执行力，有责任心，具备良好的服务意识。
6、善于沟通，有强烈的品质、合规意识，致力于品质过程改进。
7、熟练使用MS Office办公软件，包括Word，Excel，PowerPoint等。
