. 对现有系统的性能瓶颈进行深入分析与高效优化，负责攻克软件系统中的关键技术难题
. 主导核心功能模块的设计与开发，确保系统稳定、高效运行
. 全面负责系统架构设计、需求沟通协调、技术文档编写以及项目整体推进等关键任务，保障项目按时高质量交付
任职要求:
. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上后端产品开发经验，能够独立承担项目核心模块的开发任务
. 熟悉Python语言，对常用框架 Flask、Django 等有深入理解，有良好的代码书写习惯和严谨的代码风格
. 熟悉HTTP 协议、WebSocket 以及 RPC 技术原理和应用场景，能够熟练运用进行项目开发
. 熟悉MySQL、Redis 等数据库技术，具备数据库设计、优化以及故障排查能力
. 对多线程与高并发相关技术有深入理解和实际使用经验，能够根据项目需求合理选择和优化技术方案
. 有复杂项目的架构设计经验，有过大型 To B 项目开发经历者优先
. 具备较强的逻辑思维能力，善于分析和解决复杂业务问题
. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，对技术有浓厚的兴趣和热情
