2、负责产品前期的调试、功能测试、技术培训及突发故障问题解决；
3、负责收集市场信息，协助产品推广，为销售业务开发提供技术、产品、价格和交期等全方位的支持；
4、负责同类产品客户问题的整理与归档，并形成技术文件；
5、协助市场部进行重点客户和项目的跟进，解答客户疑问；
6、负责厂内产品测试，并反馈异常信息给研发部门；
7、根据市场需求，协助销售部门和技术部门，为产品改进和市场策略调整提供信息支持；
8、负责完善产品手册及相关的内部技术资料；
9、协助质量部进行质量追踪，并制定短期/长期的问题解决对策。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，电力电子、电气自动化、电气工程及自动化、材料或控制工程等相关专业；
2、3年以上技术支持或研发经验，有医疗X光系统或者工业X射线源相关技术支持经验者或有行业经验优先；
3、熟悉IGBT或MOSFET驱动及保护电路，CT/DR/CBCT/微焦点源，等相关系统开发经验；
4、了解高频变压器工作原理，熟悉电源硬件设计或电源软件控制算法；
5、良好团队合作精神和独立的思考能力；
6、工作积极主动，具体强烈的责任心。
