（3）3年及以上后台研发/设计编程工作经验，精通金融市场/信贷/银行贷款/理财/手机银行等领域的优先；
（4）研发方向要求：具备较强的后台基础编程语言（Java）能力/分析建模能力；熟悉常用开发工具如idea、eclipse、vscode等和至少熟悉一种主流服务器，Linux常用命令；熟悉至少一门脚本语言Python、Shell等；熟悉mysql数据库或者其他主流数据库，熟悉SQL优化；具备较强的代码调优和问题定位解决能力；
（5）系统设计方向要求：在满足研发方向要求的基础，具有银行相关业务系统设计经验优先，具备整体方案设计、评估、实施等全流程管理能力；
（6）学习能力强，具备系统性思维，积极主动掌握前沿技术；
（7）具备较强的抗压能力、团队协作及沟通、独立分析及解决问题能力。
