岗位职责：

1. 负责直播的业务功能研发工作，能够培养和指导低阶同学，整体把控代码与服务质量；

岗位基本要求：1.本科及以上学历，具备扎实的编程基础、优秀的编程能力和问题解决能力；

2.三年及以上分布式系统开发经验，具备核心业务系统或复杂业务系统架构设计和开发经验；

3.精通Java及面向对象设计开发，深入理解面向服务的架构，精通java web开发、微服务开发，熟练掌握MySQL、Redis、ES等；

4.熟悉主流Java相关中间件，热爱技术，喜欢钻研技术，持续学习成长；

5.对业务、产品和技术都有浓厚的兴趣，对技术驱动业务有强烈的激情，勤于思考，善于总结，结果导向；

6.具备良好的团队合作精神和承压能力，执行力和战斗力强，能独立分析和解决问题；

7.有直播相关开发经验者优先。
