职责描述：
1. 负责新消费品牌线下营销数智化选址中台产品的架构、技术设计、核心业务开发；
2. 负责产品开发过程中各种技术疑难杂症解决方案和实现，并持续改进产品性能，为产品可扩展性、稳定性、安全性负责；
3. 负责制定开发规范，确保系统和产品实现质量，保障项目的开发进度；
4. 沉淀技术文档和技术能力，负责培训、指导普通Java开发工程师的研发工作，提升技术团队的研发水平
任职要求：
1. 熟练掌握Java的技术体系，熟悉Java各类SDK的使用，有扎实的编程功底，具备良好的编码规范，有5年或以上相关JAVA开发经验；
2. 深入理解SaaS产品的技术架构，并且丰富的复杂SaaS产品架构设计和开发经验；
3. 深入理解SpringCloud微服务架构，包括不局限于微服务注册、发现与治理、云原生、DevOps等;
4. 精通Mysql数据库，具有良好的数据库设计能力和sql编写能力；
5. 熟练使用SpringBoot、MyBatis、Kafka、Redis、Hive、ElasticSearch等开源框架或中间件，熟悉缓存，分布式架构、消息队列等核心技术，并有丰富的实际开发经验；
6. 具有较强的技术钻研能力，善于解决项目开发过程中遇到的技术难题；
7. 责任心强，良好的沟通与协调能力，良好的团队合作精神。
