一. 主要工作职责/范围（Key assignments/Competencies）
1， 负责新产品和量产产品的PCBA板级测试工作，包括但不限于功能测试、性能测试、可靠性测试等。
2， Responsible fPCBA board-level testing of new products mass-produced products, including but not limited to functional testing, performance testing, reliability testing.
3， 准确判断并定位PCBA硬件缺陷和故障点，与研发团队协作进行根本原因分析，推动问题解决。
4， Accurately identify locate PCBA hardware defects failure points, collaborate with R&D teams to conduct root cause analysis, drive issue resolution.
5， 负责编写、维护和管理详细、规范的测试文档，包括测试计划、测试指导书（SOP）、测试报告等。
6， Responsible fwriting, maintaining, managing detailed standardized test documentation, including test plans, test instructions (SOP), test reports.
7， 系统性地记录、整理和归档所有测试数据，确保其准确性和可追溯性。
8， Systematically record,ganize, archive all test data to ensure accuracy traceability.
9， 其他管理者交办事项。
10， Other assigned tasks from Supervisor/Management.
二. 任职条件（Minimum qualification fthis job）
1， 学历：本科及以上学历
2， Education: Bachelors degree higher.
3， 3年及以上PCBA测试或硬件测试相关工作经验，有消费电子，如剃须刀、理发剪经验者优先。
4， Experience: 3+ years of experience in PCBA testing hardware testing; experience in consumer electronics (e.g., shavers, hair clippers) is preferred.
5， 精通PCBA测试原理与方法，扎实的电子电路基础知识，熟悉常用的电子元器件特性和电路分析。
6， Skills: Proficient in PCBA testing principles methods; strong fundamentals in electronic circuits; familiar with common electronic component characteristics circuit analysis.
7， 熟练运用各种测试仪器（如示波器、万用表、可编程电源、热像仪/测温仪等）
8， Proficient in using various testing equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, programmable power supplies, thermal imagers/thermometers, etc.)
9， 对PCBA进行精确测量、数据采集和故障分析。
10， Capable of precise measurements, data collection, failure analysis on PCBA.
11， 英语要求： CET-4，有基本听说读写能力；
12， English: CET-4 equivalent with basic reading, writing, speaking, listening skills.
13， 计算机水平：熟练使用office软件；
14， Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
其他要求：

2， 良好的团队合作精神、沟通能力和自主学习能力。
3， Strong teamwork, communication skills, self-learning ability.
4， 有外企工作经验者优先。
5， Experience in multinational companies is preferred.
