岗位描述：

1、负责海外社交产品服务端的架构设计与搭建，参与技术规划以及建设路线图的制定；

2、负责对系统软件架构、系统模块、关键组件、接口的设计；

3、参与编写核心代码，并对负责项目代码review指导工作，并持续优化；协助解决疑难bug；

4、参与技术架构评审，把控技术设计环节的设计质量；

5、及时指导、协调和解决开发过程中出现的技术问题；

任职要求：

1、具有6年以上研发经验，有大型应用系统设计经历；

2、精通微服务架构设计、分布式架构设计、具备大流量、大访问量、高可用、高容错性、高负载环境下的系统开发及优化经验；

3、扎实的服务器端开发功底，精通java,在数据、性能、并发、线上系统运维以及系统水平扩展方面有自己的理解和实战经验；

4、熟悉spring cloud、Zookeeper、Redis、Kafka、Elasticsearch、底层架构，熟悉原理、集群部署和参数优化及部分二次开发能力；

5、热爱并跟踪开源动向，对分布式架构下的开源技术有深入研究；对技术有着特别的渴求。

6、较强的沟通、协作、推进能力。

7、熟悉推荐技术、算法工程化、实时预估技术优先。
