岗位职责：
1、负责产品制造工程项目的目标、指标的制定和组织实施等统筹工作;
2、负责产品、工艺、设备、治夹具的可制造性分析统筹工作;
3、负责生产制造工程文件的审核、签批和管辖范围内重大事项的决定;
4、负责新产品的导入评估，制定设备投资预算以及相应辅料成本;
5、主导设计产品生产工艺流程、建立工艺控制系统、规划产能;
6、负责组织进行生产资源需求评估与配置:包括人力、设备、厂房、辅料、工装夹具。持续改进生产工艺，节约生产成本，优化生产资源;
7、负责应对客户端的产品或工艺技术评审工作;
8、负责生产设备及工具的日常维护及保养管理;
9、负责带领各小组保证正常生产的正常进行，工程变更评估、转化与执行;不良品分析与合格率的改进等。

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，机械电子相关专业;
2、熟悉精冲五金产品的工艺、制程、以及相关要求，有相关经验5年以上，熟悉新产品开发流程;
3、有设备维护管理经验及工装夹具设计制作经验;
4、有项目管理、精益化生产、TPM、6sigma活动推广经验优先;
5、有ITAF16949体系经验优先。

本岗位为机械制造型企业工程技术部门经理或总监助理岗位，非工程公司。
