岗位职责：
1、进行工艺分析和研究，优化工艺路线；
2、焊接设备参数的设定和调整；
3、根据客户项目目标确定节拍时间；
4、通过参与现场质量改进，不断更新PFMEA；
5、参与焊接生产线质量问题的解决和质量进步；
6、编制并更新工艺FMEA并与相关人员（生产、质量）进行文件一致性的更新；
7、优化工艺过程,运用PSE工具提高过程效率；
8、充分考虑物料供应和现场搬运，根据PSE的标准设计生产线物料的供应形式；
9、在进行生产线改进时充分考虑物料供应和搬运的优化；
10、保证和部门经理和其他部门的透明和及时沟通。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，材料工程专业优先；
2、三年以上制造企业生产或工艺相关工作经验，压力容器，汽车焊接等相关行业，熟悉激光焊接氩弧焊接等机器人焊接工艺，熟悉薄壁件的焊接工艺和工装设计；
3、熟悉各种焊接方法的知识，焊缝标准，PFMEA的编制与研究，内部MIFD的绘制，使用6sigma些工具如Minitab等
