2. 精通C#，精通Unity引擎架构，对Unity底层有深刻认识，能深度挖掘引擎性能；
3. 精通底层基础模块开发，包括UI、动画、特效、网络通信、渲染、热更新，资源管理，性能优化等
4. 有一定的图形学基础，熟悉Shader编程优先；
5. 有良好代码习惯，对面向对象思想有较深的理解，熟悉常用的设计模式；
6. 有独立完成过中小型项目，或者深度参与过中大型项目者优先;
