岗位职责：
1、根据 datasheet或实物完成原理图库及PCB库的建立，更新和维护部门封装库。
2、负责与硬件工程师、结构工程师沟通，依据产品研发计划，独立完成4-6层PCB设计任务，能够综合考虑热设计、结构设计及EMC设计。
3、根据硬件知识对schematic和EMC解提出合理建议和反馈。
4、负责生成Gerber文件并检查、外发制板，回复PCB生产厂家的工程反馈。
5、负责PLM系统元器件维护及相关资料上传。
6、负责BOM及PCB图纸的出具，PCB相关文件的归档和版本控制，追踪PCB的测试反馈。
7、参与部门PCB设计规范的建设和维护。
8、熟悉PCB设计和生产流程，了解制板、焊接装配工艺。
9、熟练使用Altium Designer，OrCAD， Mentor等 PCB设计元件。

任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历，电子电气、通信、计算机等相关专业；
2、两年及以上汽车电子PCB Layout经验，有4层线路板以上布板经验，熟悉产品生产制造工艺；
3、具备扎实的模拟电子和数字电子基础，熟练运用设计软件进行原理图和电路板设计；
4、懂得汽车电子PCB制造工艺及制造流程，了解ESD,EMC,EMI并能在PCB上做相应处理：
5、设计过汽车电子产品的数模、强电和弱电混合的PCB,同时熟悉热设计和力设计优先。
