1、架构设计与开发：负责智能座舱 Android 系统的 framework 架构设计与实现，包括核心模块的开发、定制以及关键技术选型等；
2、系统优化与维护：对智能座舱系统进行性能优化，如解决系统卡顿、死机、黑屏、重启等问题，提升系统的稳定性和流畅度，同时负责系统的日常维护和升级，确保系统的正常运行；
3、集成与适配：负责将第三方软件或 SDK 集成到智能座舱系统中，并进行相关模块的开发和调试，确保各软件之间的兼容性和协同工作能力，还要针对不同的硬件平台和车型进行系统的适配和优化；
功能开发与实现：根据产品需求，开发智能座舱的各种功能，如语音识别、人脸识别、手势识别、车载信息娱乐系统、车辆远程监控和控制等功能模块，并与其他系统模块进行集成和联调。
岗位要求：
1、技术能力：精通 Java 或 C/C++ 语言，熟练掌握 Android 开发环境和相关工具，深入理解 Android Framework 以及 HAL 架构，能够进行安卓中间层框架层深度开发，熟悉 Android Binder、Service 服务、JNI 以及多线程编程等技术；
2、经验要求：3 年以上 Android 系统优化开发经验，有车载开发经验或智能座舱项目开发经验者优先；
3、专业知识：具备扎实的计算机基础知识，如数据结构、算法、操作系统等，对软件开发流程有清晰的了解，并能够应用于实际项目中，熟悉车联网、自动驾驶、人机交互等相关技术和行业发展趋势者更佳；
4、问题解决能力：能够快速定位和解决系统开发过程中遇到的各种技术问题，具备较强的调试和故障排除能力，能够快速定位和解决系统级别问题，包括 Framework watchdog、内存泄露、死机、黑屏、重启、卡顿、冻屏等；
5、沟通协作能力：具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够与不同部门的人员进行有效的沟通和协作，共同完成项目开发任务。
