【岗位职责】
自研项目，非外包，负责我司nas存储产品的系统应用的二次开发

1、参与自研OS核心系统应用（如浏览器、文件管理器等）的二次开发、定制与迭代。
2、管理和维护基于开源项目的代码库，在实现功能定制的同时，确保能与上游社区版本保持同步和演进。
3、与系统团队紧密协作，完成应用在自研OS上的适配、性能调优及兼容性问题定位，保障一流的用户体验。
4、参与OS应用开发框架的建设，学习并参与组件库的封装和维护，为团队积累可复用的代码模块。
5、遵循团队工程化规范，参与代码评审、撰写技术文档，并实践CI/CD流程，保证项目高质量交付。

【任职要求】
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，具备2年以上Android开发经验。
2、掌握Kotlin/Java，对C/C++及JNI/NDK有实际应用经验。
3、熟悉Jetpack Compose、协程、Gradle等现代Android开发技术栈，理解Android系统机制
4、熟练Git，具备良好的代码管理习惯和分支策略意识，有开源项目协作经验者优先。
5、具备较好的分析和解决复杂问题的能力，以及快速学习和适应新技术的热情。
【加分项】

具备Flutter等跨平台开发经验，对多端（iOS/Desktop/Web）技术有实践或浓厚兴趣者优先。
拥有Android系统性能、内存优化相关的实战经验。
熟悉CI/CD流程与自动化工具链。
