岗位职责：
1. 根据新建设施工程项目的需求，组织供应商对项目进行前期规划和工程预算。与采购一起完成项目报价环节的具体事项。
2. 编制新建设施工程项目的进度，实时追踪工程进度和现场管理，监督承建方按合同标准进行施工。
3. 做好工程项目资料管理（图纸、标书、变更记录、验收记录、报价单、PR/PO等）
4. 建立相关的设施管理文件，制定各类设施系统的维护保养计划并付诸实行。
5. 负责设施系统的故障维护，改进或改造。
6. 持续开创并实施能源节约项目。
7. 维护工厂所有的设施系统，包含但不仅限于HVAC空调系统的运作维护，电力，工艺冷却水，压缩空气，真空，照明等。
8. 根据EHS工程师的计划对与安全环境和职业健康相关的设施设备进行定期巡检，保养和监测，保证各项指标达到公司或行业要求。
9. 必要时向内部客户提供设施方面的技术支持。
10. 负责与政府管理部门的协调与沟通，与公司内部相关部门的协调与沟通。

任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历。
2. 8年以上设施工作经验，5年以上基建项目管理经验，熟悉相关政策法规和审批流程，负责并参与过工程现场监督管理，预、决算和竣工验收全流程。
3. 持有高低压电工操作证，制冷与空调作业证，有化学品管理员证优先。
4. 熟练使用office办公软件及CAD绘图软件，具备工程施工图的阅读和审图能力。
5. 具备一定的EHS知识优先。
6. 英语读写能力。
