岗位职责：
1、具备开发、带团队经验和能力，并能够指导开发人员的日常开发工作；（开发40% 技术指导20%、项目管理40%）
2、具备软件开发全流程跟踪经验（需求调研和需求分析、设计，开发、发布等环节）；
3、具备撰写相关技术文档的能力（需求分析、需求规格、设计、发布等环节文档）
4、有开发框架搭建能力和技术难点解决能力。
5、能够按照CMMI理念和公司相关项目管理制度协调需求、测试、发布等其他阶段；
6、参与方案讨论和技术调研；
7、全程参与软件产品的全生命周期。
任职要求：
1、计算机等专业，统招本科及以上学历；
2、5年以上软件项目开发经验，同时3年以上的软件项目团队管理经验；
3、精通面向对象设计、设计模式和相关开发语言，熟悉大型数据库开发，能够独立进行核心算法的实现；
4、精通Java编程语言、熟悉J2ee的设计模式、了解UML语言及工具;熟悉Spring、SpringMVC、Mybatis; 熟悉Oracle、SQL Sever,精通SQL语法;
6、责任心强、学习能力强、敢于接受压力和挑战、能够独立完成任务攻关；
7、有良好的团队合作精神。
8、能适应短期国内出差。
