（一）岗位职责：

2.对商业项目各部门人员配置情况进行统计分析，提出调整建议；
3.负责商业项目招聘工作，编制招聘计划，选择并确定招聘形式和渠道，确保招聘过程有效运作；
4.负责商业项目绩效考核工作，推动考核体系在各部门的落地执行；
5.负责商业项目培训工作，制定培训计划并执行。

（二）任职资格：
1.工作要求：具备3年以上人力资源工作经验，有各个模块的人力资源经验者优先；有上市公司、央企等人力资源工作经验者优先；
2.能力要求：具备较好的沟通能力及组织协调能力；中共党员优先；
3.其他要求：具有较强的责任心、目标感和执行力，具备较强的抗压能力；
4.根据候选人综合表现，以上任职条件可适当放宽。
