工作职责
1、负责线上编程课程的课后辅导、作业批改等工作，每天都和萌萌的小朋友打交道；
2、根据学员的学习情况，制定学习计划，并主动与家长沟通，进行阶段性的反馈；
3、进行家长群的运营、跟进续费以及转介绍等工作；
4、完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职资格
1、统招本科以上学历，有编程基础相关专业、计算机专业、教育技术学相关专业优先；
2、欢迎校招生零基础加入，有面授及相关教学经验者加分；
3、热爱教育事业，有竞赛辅导学生参赛经验加分；
4、加分项：有ACM、NOIP、CSP-S、CSP-J获奖经验或信奥赛带队经验优先；
5、工作时间：13点半～21点，周二周三双休。
