工作内容：
1、根据公司发展战略，制定人力资源战略规划，全面考虑人才梯队建设；组织制定和修订公司人力资源管理制度、流程及操作方案。
2、根据公司年度招聘计划及各部门的招聘需求，确保公司各类工作岗位在合适的时机，获得合适的员工；建立和完善公司招聘管理体系。
3、主导岗位说明书与定岗定编工作，提出机构设置和岗位职责设计方案，对公司组织结构设计提出改进方案。
4、建立和完善公司绩效管理体系，制定并组织实施绩效考核制度，形成公司绩效文化。
5、建立和完善公司员工薪酬管理体系，审核督导公司员工的薪酬定级、晋升和降级的调薪管理。
6、建立和完善公司员工培训体系，监督指导制定和实施公司年度培训计划。
7、制定部门工作计划并分派落实，定期完成工作总结报告。
8、完成上级交办的其它任务。
任职要求：
1、10年以上人力资源从业经历，且不少于5年的121航司人力资源工作经验及2年管理经验。
2、科及以上学历/专业不限，人力资源管理、工商管理、经济管理、法学、民航管理类等相关专业优先。
3、熟悉中国劳动法、民航法律法规体系；民航人力资源管理理论扎实；熟悉人力资源管理各项实务和操作流程；熟悉企业的培训管理流程及各类培训机构；熟悉使用日常办公软件。/有强烈的责任感和事业心，有极强的领导能力、组织协调能力和沟通能力，具有前瞻性和规划能力。
