任职条件：
1、统招大学本科以上学历，计算机或相关专业，且发自内心热爱编程，有自己作品优先；
2、熟悉Java开发环境和编程工具，JVM、GIT或CVS、ECLIPSE、MAVEN等；熟练掌握SQL语言，了解Oracle、Mysql数据库；熟练使用常见UML设计工具，熟练使用POWERdesigner
3、深入理解SOA思想，有大型分布式项目经验，熟练处理大流量高并发，对大数据、网管软件、数据采集的架构设计有经验者从优
4、具备良好的沟通表达能力、团队合作精神，能带领和指导开发人员工作，具有团队合作精神和沟通技巧，工作认真细致，责任心强
5、思维敏捷，头脑清晰，学习及分析能力强，愿意从事研发，有刻苦钻研精神，注重品质与细节，心理素质良好。
