3.具备良好的组织协调能力和沟通技巧，能够有效地推动跨部门合作；
4.拥有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神，能够在压力下高效工作；
5.优秀的书面和口头表达能力，能清晰地编写各种报告和技术文档；
6.能够熟练运用办公软件，如Word、Excel等；
7.持有注册安全工程师证书或相关专业资格者优先考虑。
