任职要求：
计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，3～5年Java后端开发经验；
精通Java语言及主流框架（如SpringBoot、SpringCloud、MyBatis等），熟悉JVM原理与调优；
熟悉分布式系统设计，掌握常用中间件（如Redis、Kafka/RabbitMQ、Elasticsearch、ZooKeeper等）；
熟练使用MySQL/SqlServer等关系型数据库，具备SQL优化和分库分表经验；
熟悉微服务架构、RESTfulAPI设计，了解容器化技术（Docker/K8s）及云原生理念；
具备良好的问题排查能力，熟悉Linux环境及常用命令；
有制造业信息系统（如MES、WMS）、数据平台开发经验者优先；
责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能适应跨领域协作环境。
