任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，8年以上Java开发经验，3年以上架构设计经验。
2.精通Java生态（Spring Boot/Cloud、MyBatis、Dubbo等），熟悉JVM原理及性能调优。
3.熟练掌握分布式架构设计（微服务、消息队列、分布式缓存、API网关等）。
4.熟悉主流数据库（MySQL/Oracle/NoSQL）及分库分表方案，具备SQL优化经验。
5.熟悉容器化技术（Docker/Kubernetes）及云服务（AWS/Azure/阿里云）。
6.了解DevOps流程，熟悉CI/CD工具（Jenkins/GitLab CI）。
7.优秀的沟通能力，能清晰表达技术方案并推动跨团队协作。
8.强烈的责任心和抗压能力，对技术有热情，具备技术前瞻性。
9.有业务中台架构设计经验。
