岗位职责
1. 独立负责 Feature Team（FT）内后端需求交付：方案设计、模块拆分、编码实现、联调上线、日常维护与持续优化。
2. 对交付质量负责：按期完成开发任务，沉淀清晰文档，输出结构简洁、可维护、可扩展的代码。
3. 参与线上技术支持值班：高效响应业务技术工单，定位问题、给出修复方案并推动闭环。
4. 协助 Feature Team Owner 做项目管理：任务拆分、工时评估、排期推进、进度跟踪、风险识别与化解。
5. 协助推进技术管理与治理：代码 Review、技术债清理、稳定性治理（监控告警/故障排查/复盘改进等）。

任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机/软件工程等理工科相关专业优先。
2. 5 年及以上 Java 后端开发经验，Java 基础扎实；熟悉主流开发框架、服务中间件与工程工具，能结合业务阶段做合理技术选型并落地。
3. 软件工程能力扎实：编码规范良好，掌握常用重构方法与设计模式，具备持续输出高质量代码的能力。
4. 熟悉敏捷研发流程；有项目推进/协作管理经验（拆解任务、评估工时、跟踪进度、风险管控）。
5. Owner 意识强：能结构化表达观点，具备良好的书面表达能力（方案/文档/复盘等）。
6. 加分项：
• 有高并发系统设计与开发经验；
• 有旅游行业（酒旅/机酒/订单/履约/售后等）相关系统经验。
