1）负责招商银行App Android和鸿蒙版本即时通讯和音视频功能开发；
2）负责招商银行国际版App Android版本即时通讯开发；
3）负责辅助跳转SDK的Android和鸿蒙版本开发；
4）具备良好的问题分析和解决能力，能够独立解决开发中遇到的技术难题；
5）对现有代码进行性能优化，确保应用的流畅运行和低功耗，跟踪*新的技术发展，持续优化现有应用。
职位要求：
1）本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，2年以上开发工作经验；
2）精通Java、Kotlin，熟悉面向对象编程（OOP）；掌握ArkTS和鸿蒙分布式系统等鸿蒙开发技能者优先；
3）熟悉MVVM和MVI，理解并熟练使用不同的架构模式，选择合适的架构模式进行项目开发
4）掌握常见的优化技术：内存管理与内存泄漏、UI渲染优化、资源优化、屏幕适配等
5）掌握Android音视频开发技能，熟悉Android各个系统版本特性
6）持续学习新技术，对新技术保持敏感，能够快速适应技术发展，具备良好的团队合作精神，能够与团队成员有效沟通，共同完成项目目标。
