3、开发需精通linux及windows等主流操作系统，会使用docker容器
4、开发需精通oracle、PG、mssql等数据库的DML、DDL语句，具备数据库的查询调优能力
5、开发需精通java开发语音，会使用JS,XML,Html等开发语言，精通springboot框架
6、开发需具备一定的Genesys日志分析能力，协助定位开发问题
7、测试需精通各种测试工具（LR、Jmeter），需精通Genesys产品相关的平台工具，如kazimir日志工具、sipphone、GCTI等
8、合理规划、跟进科技安排的工作，识别并及时上报相关风险，具备良好的沟通协调、解决问题、团队协作能力
9、学历专科及以上（全日制）
