Shaanxi Nonferrous Yulin New Materials Group Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Shaanxi Nonferrous Metal Holding Group Co., Ltd., established in May 2014. It is a large-scale circular economy group enterprise invested and established by Shaanxi Nonferrous Group during the '12th Five-Year Plan' period, in response to the central government's guidelines on optimizing industrial layout, adjusting industrial structure, and developing circular economy, as well as the strategic deployment of Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government on 'leading by large groups, supporting by major projects, promoting by clustering, and carrying by industrial parks' to accelerate Shaanxi's economic development, and around the 'three transformations' of the energy and chemical base construction in northern Shaanxi. The company employs over 5,000 people and has built an 8 million ton coal mine, a 600,000 ton aluminum-magnesium alloy plant, a 350,000 ton prebaked anode production line, 5×330MW supporting power facilities, and a railway special line with a transportation capacity of 7.8 million tons per year, forming an integrated industrial chain of coal, electricity, aluminum, and transportation and sales. It has obvious location, energy, and resource advantages, effectively driving the development of related industries.
