7. 熟悉中间件，例如MQ，KafKa，Redis等；了解以上的内存模型是怎样的，如何维护线程安全与高可用性
8. 工作积极主动，有责任心，热爱技术，能抗压，具有良好的团队合作能力和逻辑思维能力；
9. 熟悉软件开发管理流程，具备软件项目需求、设计、开发、测试、验收等环节管理能力；
10.熟悉掌握K8s、CICD经验者优先；
