Role & Responsibilities 角色与责任 （主要描述其岗位需要承担的所有工作内容）
1、 带领并协助团队项目中所有文案撰写表现与执行工作
Lead assist team in all copywriting presentation execution
2、 参与项目创意，有一定的见解与想法，与团队协作产出创意方案
Participate in project ideas, have certain opinions ideas, cooperate with the team to produce creative plans
3、 根据部门主管领导的要求提供相符合的创意想法
Provide creative ideas as required by department supervisors
4、 遵守工作时间安排，及时与团队沟通工作进度
keep the work schedule ongoing communicate with the team on time
5、 高效配合团队完成各项创意设计工作，协助部门主管领导完成提案
Efficiently cooperate with the team to complete the creative design work, assist the department leaders to complete the proposal
Requirements 任职要求 （担任该职位所需要的工作经验要求）
1、 Degree Professional certificate 学历专业及专业证书：新闻学，中文，广告学，广告设计等相关专业毕业，大专或以上
College degree above in in journalism, Chinese, advertising, advertising design, related majfield
2、Work Experience 工作经验：5年及以上相关工作经验 At least 5 years related working experience
3、Professional skills 专业技能：
1）具备良好的设计理念和扎实的文案功底；
Have good design concept solid copywriting skills
2）熟练运用Word、PowerPoint等办公软件；
Proficient in word, PowerPoint other office software
3）有良好的创意表现能力和文案撰写能力；
Have good creative expression copywriting skills
4）能协助完成项目各阶段的文案撰写；
Be able to assist in writing all stages of the project
5）具备一定线上传播或电商平台等活动设计经验；
Have copywriting experience in online communication e-commerce platform design
4、Comprehensive quality (personality ability) 综合素质（性格特征及能力素质）: 良好的沟通能力和协调能力，有强烈的工作责任心及团队合作能力，思维活跃，富有创造性
Good communication coordination skills, a strong sense of responsibility teamwork ability, active thinking, creativity
5、 Others其它：快销品、耐销品类广告文案撰写经验优先，有social经验优先
Experience in writing advertising copy of FMCG advertising is preferred
