岗位职责：
1、协助总经理管理广场各项安全运行体系，监督、检查、协调各部门落实安全管理各项规定、要求，解决存在安全隐患，确保广场安全运行
2、跟进落实广场突发应急预案演练、消防疏散演练、反恐防暴演练实施情况，跟进落实消防维保及组织消防设备联动测试
3、监督抽查施工人员培训情况，每日检查所有装修现场，参与商铺竣工验收，跟进问题整改
4、落实集团安全管理制度，监督所在广场内各项安全管理制度落实
5、依据集团相关制度制定台账式月度安全管理检查监督计划，细化每日检查内容，每月覆盖检查一次，安全隐患及时录入安全管理信息系统督办落实。

任职要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，安全工程、消防工程、电气工程及其自动化等相关专业毕业优先考虑；
2、1年以上工作经验，熟悉消防安全知识；
3、熟悉三标一体化管理体系知识，办公自动化软件；
4、熟悉商业物业管理，良好的沟通协调能力。
