岗位职责：
1. 负责自动化项目PLC程序编写、调试及现场验证；
2. 负责组态画面制作、中控系统界面开发及云平台数据展示设计与实现；
3. 参与项目需求分析，根据控制逻辑完成软件方案设计与技术实现；
4. 配合电气工程师、项目经理完成系统联调，解决调试过程中出现的程序故障；
5. 负责项目相关技术文档编写（如软件说明、操作手册、通讯协议说明等）；
6. 必要时赴现场进行程序优化或客户培训，保障项目顺利交付。
岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，自动化、计算机科学与技术、软件工程、控制科学与工程、电子信息等相关专业。主修课程：自动控制原理、PLC编程、高级编程语言（C+/VBS/Python）、工业通信协议、数据库原理、组态软件应用、电气工程制图等。
2、1～3年工业自动化、智能制造或物联网相关领域编程经验
- 有独立完成中小型项目（PLC+组态+云平台）经验者优先
- 有非标设备、产线集成或环保/水务/能源等行业经验者优先
3. 专业技能
- PLC编程能力：熟悉主流品牌（西门子、三菱、欧姆龙等）PLC编程，能根据控制逻辑编写高效、可维护的程序；
- 组态开发能力：熟练使用至少一种组态软件（WinCC、组态王、力控等）或SCADA系统，能独立完成工业监控画面制作及数据交互；
- 图纸阅读能力：能看懂电气原理图、接线图，理解I/O分配与控制逻辑；
- 工业通讯基础：了解Modbus、OPC UA、Profinet等常用工业通讯协议，能解决设备与系统间的数据对接问题。
