岗位职责：
1、设备维修与保养：负责生产设备的日常巡检、维护、维修等，确保生产线连续稳定运行。
2、负责设备焊接与维修：负责工厂各位设备（反应釜、管道、储罐等）的焊接作业，老旧设备破损修补等。
3、维护记录与档案管理：记录故障原因、处理过程及更换配件，建立设备维修档案，并制定预防性维护计划以降低故障率。
4、安全作业与规范执行：严格遵守化工区安全管理规定，落实动火作业许可制度，佩戴防护用品，确保作业过程合规、成品合格。
5、日常巡检与隐患排查，发现问题及时上报并快速处理。
6、协作与合规保障：配合生产、安全、技术等部门完成设备验收、工艺优化等工作。
7、认真落实部门安排的其他日常相关工作。

任职要求：
1、中专以上学历，25-45岁，身体健康；
2、化工行业3年以上设备维修工作经验，持有焊工证、登高证；
3、掌握化工厂常用设备（泵、减速带、压缩机、管道等）的结构原理，安装调试、故障诊断等；
4、熟悉化工行业安全操作规程，具备风险识别和应急处置能力。
5、无不良从业记录，愿意接受公司安全培训、工作安排、技能考核等
