4、熟悉java语言，熟练掌握springboot、mybatis等常用框架及其技术原理。
5、熟悉RDBMS、NOSQL数据库，具备索引优化、SQL调优、分库分表等实际操作经验。
6、良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力。
7、参与设计过高并发高可用系统者优先。
8、有团队管理经验者优先。
