3，参与平台和项目技术调研，并把调研结果应用到平台和项目中。
岗位要求：
1，公办统招计算机相关专业本科及以上学历；4年及以上Java开发经验，2年及以上设计经验；
2，具有扎实的Java的编程基础，理解IO，多线程等基础框架，对JVM的原理有一定的了解；
3，精通J2EE,Spring MVC,Spring Boot,Hiber nate,Mybatis主流开源框架；4，代码能力优秀；
5，熟悉B/S开发架构或是Restful架构，具有丰富的Web平台开发的经验；
6，熟悉底层中间件，分布式技术(包括缓存，消息系统，微服务框架等);
7，对技术有热情，思路开阔，善于思考，关注业界新知，喜欢和他人交流和分享，能够对自己参与研发的项目提出改进建议；
8，有大型系统性能调优，敏捷开发相关经验者优先：有研发团队管理经验优先。
